March, 2009:

The Hilly Fields Park Users Group will be holding a special meeting on 21 May to adopt a constitution so it can proceed with a grant bid to do up the play area.

Stop Press – The AGM meeting will now be on 10 June. This 21 May meeting will be an ordinary meeting.

We need to be a constituted group before we apply for stage 2 of the Changing Places grant.

This will double as a general user group meeting. More details will follow.

7.30pm in the Park Keeper’s Office by toilet block at top of the hill
